PROF. DISI JIMMY CELIO
Founder / C.E.O
He is the FOUNDER / CEO of SWIM NIGERIA. He is an American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) Certified Level 5 Coach and the First Vice Chairman of the FCT Aquatic association (FCTAA).
He is also the member and associate with the World Swimming Coaches Association (WSCA). Jimmy is a Certified and Recognized Coach of the Federation Internationale de Natation (FINA). He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Red-Cross and the American Red-Cross. Jimmy is a member of the Nigerian Aquatic Federation. He is a member of the Institute of Swimming UK (IOS). He is responsible for the business and strategic development of Swim Nigeria. In addition to heading the Swim Nigeria Board. He is also the CEO of DJK Crystal Edge Limited.
With all the qualifications and recognition, Professor Jimmy has chosen to dedicate his life to chasing new knowledge and attaining milestones in swimming. His passion for swimming development as a sport, recreation and or rehabilitation is founded on quality and world standard KIPs. For the past fifteen years, Jimmy has actually strive to become a juggernaut of the art and have obtained numerous world class certifications. He has developed successful business models that created employment. He has also championed a training outfit to develop swimming coaches. His keen interest is to develop the art of swimming in the federation as such, he desperately seek opportunities to create the enabling environment to make this happen.
ZAINAB ABDULKADIR JAAFARU
She is the Principal of SOLID CASE CHAMBERS.
She obtained her LLB Degree from Bayero University Kano, and is currently pursuing an LLM in International Business Law at the University of Liverpool. She is a general practitioner who focuses her practice on all aspects of Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate Administration. She currently chairs the property law unit of the firm.
SHEILA A. MILLAR
She attended Temple University, Philadelphia, PA where she studied M.Ed. Sport Management and Leisure Studies in January 1995 and B.B.A. Marketing; May 1990 Sheila also broaden her knowledge on Field Hockey at Varsity between the year 1986 and 1987, Varsity Crew-1987-1990. She is the Aquatic Director, YMCA of Philadelphia & Vicinity, Ambler Area (9/94- 2/96)RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for aquatic revenues exceeding $200,000 annually
- Hired, trained, supervised and evaluated a staff of 35
- Maintained staff payroll
- Managed all aspects of aquatic operations
- Promoted National YMCA Aquatics
- Programmed aquatic activities for a community of 7,000 Members, these included- Instruction (infant, youth, senior), Exercise, Adapted Recreation, and Special Events
- Actively participated in the YMCA of Philadelphia Aquatic Task Force-Aquatic trainings and seminars
- Directed and coordinated a fundraising team to assist the YMCA of Philadelphia with their annual capital campaign
- Chaired 10 member community aquatic committee
- Member of YMCA of Philadelphia Safety Directorate/Risk management Team SPECIAL SKILLS: Certified Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional Rescuer (CPR), Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), First Aid, Lifesaving, Scuba, and coaching certification by the American Sport Education Program (ASEP), New York State ranked power lifter (2004-2007) , World Traveler.

He is a Programme Management Expert with competencies in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Information Systems and Change Management. His work experience spans periods in the UK, Nigeria, Botswana, Ghana, Rwanda and Benin Republic.
During the period, Meekam has been a member of the Senior Management Team of Microsoft Nigeria, provided changed management services to the Botswana Government as an EU Expert, consulted for the Nigerian Government on ICTs and managed his own consulting and advisory service, Genika Consulting which has in turn taken him to several African nations including the DRC, Uganda and Kenya on assignment. Meekam has also been a member of a DFID supported Technical Experts (NIAF) to the Power Sector Reform and the SURE-P Critical Infrastructure and Social Safety programmes both in the Presidency, Abuja.
Meekam brings a wealth of international experience, cultural awareness and excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills to engagements.

Started my career after graduation in 2002 with Siemen Medical as a Product Specialist in Medical equipment rose to the position of head of unit in less than 2 years; was head of unit for 5 years. As a Lecturer III with Gateway Polytechnic 2008 – 2009 in the Computer science department supported the learning and development of ND I & II students. Worked with London Academy for Higher Education UK as an interventional and strategic Business Developer to revive and set the organization on the path of success in Nigeria in 2009 for 6months. Returned to Siemens in 2009 as the Head of Medical technology to revamp the business as well as manage the incumbent crises requiring my expertise.
Obtained my Post Graduate Diploma in Education - PDGE in 2011. Recruited December 2011 by renowned General Electric Healthcare (GE) to Head and develop the Ultrasound medical device business for Central Southern Africa consisting of 11 English/Portuguese speaking countries. Recruited by Cummins West Africa Limited renown power technology manufacture company in 2018 to strategically develop and manage the indirect sales channel across 13 West Africa (Anglophone & Francophone) countries.
Throughout my career I have been sought for and employed by leading international organization for business strategic growth development in people, product and productivity. Currently, I operate in the West Central Africa regions to develop, establish and transform the business in readiness for growth, improve commercial performance and forged channel partnerships
Taiwo Dauda has two decades of experience in Europe and Africa within the financial services industry, specifically in the development finance and private equity sectors.
He is a Chartered Accountant by training: and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Taiwa has a passion for sports. He played and led teams in a number of sports., including football, cricket, athletics and rowing throughout schooling and university years, winning several trophies. He is keen to promote mass participation in sport in any form, particularly among the youth for both its physical and social benefits.
